Job Description
Marketing & Branding:
-
Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s services, attorneys, and thought leadership

Create and update marketing collateral, practice area materials, pitch decks, and bios
-
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, platforms, and events
-
Support the planning and promotion of firm events, webinars, and sponsorships
Communications:
-
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, client alerts, and internal announcements
-
Manage the firm's website content and attorney profiles; coordinate regular updates
-
Oversee the firm’s social media presence and engagement strategy (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)

Coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with legal and industry publications
Business Development Support:

Support RFP and proposal development, coordinating with attorneys and administrative staff

Maintain and update marketing databases, including mailing lists, contact records (CRM), and experience trackers
-
Research and track legal industry trends, rankings, awards, and directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Best Lawyers, Legal 500)
Internal Collaboration:

Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and implement marketing opportunities

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives through communications and campaigns

Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to support intranet and internal communications
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

3+ years of experience in legal or professional services marketing and communications

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) preferred

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms (e.g., Constant Contact or Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Professional demeanor and ability to interact with attorneys, staff, media, and external vendors
