Associate Director, IT Portfolio & Program Management
Are you a seasoned leader with a knack for orchestrating IT projects? We're seeking an Associate Director to spearhead our diverse portfolio initiatives. This role demands someone who can blend project management finesse with technical expertise to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct multiple IT portfolio projects, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with IT leaders and stakeholders to shape technology strategies.
- Drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage IT programs and interdepartmental portfolios, ensuring budget adherence and quality.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among teams.
- Serve as a liaison between the firm, customers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MS preferred.
- 10-15 years of IT/project management experience.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) desirable.
- Strong grasp of project management principles and IT procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and motivate teams.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT applications and hardware.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
