Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and framework for leveraging emerging technologies to enhance enterprise security and improve customer experiences for both internal personnel and clients.
- Define and deliver transformation strategies and solutions for network systems, including the creation of a vision, roadmap, and governance model for a scalable, collaborative organization.
- Integrate emerging technologies to enable secure, anytime, anywhere access to data for both internal and external applications.
- Oversee the technical architecture and infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, virtual environments, SaaS, cloud platforms, and desktop solutions.
- Manage the planning and implementation of storage architecture, including systems backup, replication, and redundant infrastructure.
- Lead and develop a technical team to deliver network systems solutions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage key vendor relationships, overseeing performance, upgrades, and updates.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate their integration to ensure infrastructure and network design align with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct proactive capacity planning reviews to support the firm's growth and goals.
- Provide escalation support for the Network Operations team and manage technical change management activities.
- Build and maintain relationships within the technology department to ensure alignment with business needs and effective infrastructure service delivery.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network equipment, ensuring the timely resolution of complex issues and performing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and develop procedural documentation.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Applications, and Security teams to foster continuous knowledge-sharing and innovation, delivering rapid solutions for end-users.
- Communicate regularly with teams and leadership, including providing status reports to the Chief Information Officer on projects, initiatives, and issue resolution.
- Assist in budget planning and cost optimization efforts with IT leadership.
- Ensure appropriate coverage during emergencies and holidays.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in progressively senior user support roles within a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Proven experience in managing and building high-performing technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and managing network services for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including hybrid SD-WAN and network modernization.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing networking solutions for major cloud providers such as Azure.
- Strong background in software-defined infrastructure and technology optimization, including strategy, planning, and execution of hybrid and cloud migration.
- Demonstrated success as a project manager for complex IT initiatives and multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to effectively lead, motivate, train, and coach IT professionals and end-users.
- Proven ability to deliver world-class client service while working collaboratively across all levels and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead by influence, identify business solutions, and resolve conflicts.

- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to other office locations as needed, with moderate travel required.
