Job Description
Our client, a renowned national lawfirm is looking to add a junior to mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Litigation team.
- The ideal Litigation Associate will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to: drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and eventually, trial.
- The Litigation Associate will also have the opportunity to independently carry a caseload to develop their own area of expertise. Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.
- Experience/Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience as an attorney practicing civil litigation is required.
- Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in injury matters is preferred, however, attorneys with other applicable experience in the litigation of liability, such as insurance defense, may also be considered.
