Our client, a dynamic law firm, is seeking a mid-level Antitrust Paralegal to support their team! 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with complex antitrust regulatory filings made with U.S. and foreign antitrust authorities
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for production (e.g., proofreading, Bates-labeling, redacting, duplicating, and withholding and logging privileged documents)
  • Conduct factual investigations and research
  • Attend and contribute to client and legal team meetings as needed
  • Serve as liaison with legal document processing vendors
  • Populate and set up relevant information into designated data rooms and databases
  • Provide organizational support such as cataloging large volumes of documents in both electronic and hard copy form
  • Assist with completing and submitting filings to federal and state courts
  • Monitor case dockets on certain issues and report developments to team
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining witness binders, interview documents, and presentations for the legal team
  • Assist with maintaining case chronologies
  • Participate in training and development programs offered by the Firm

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to proofread
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results oriented
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, iManage or other document management software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision

Reporting to the Director of Paralegal Management, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of antitrust experience, including assisting with preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino filings. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.?
