Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- At least four (4) years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance, gained within a law firm, consulting firm, or corporate management role
- Proficiency in using a variety of software, processes, and tools, with the ability to analyze and recommend strategies tailored to client needs
- Experience managing client relationships, including identifying key issues, reviewing technical challenges, applying sound judgment to develop solutions, and providing technical feedback and impact assessments to internal teams
- Expertise in records management, retention schedules, data classification, and legal hold processes
- Proven ability to lead projects, including technical management, client engagement, and project planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in learning and understanding technology, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders
- Technologically proficient with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and communicate effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification is highly preferred
