Job Description

Our law firm client is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Milwaukee. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office.

Responsibilities Include:
-Performing various transactional and accounts payable activities
-General Ledger reconciliations
-Ad-hoc projects
-Monitor corporate CC activity and review/reconcile charges monthly
-Post Lawyer's travel, USPTO and various e-filing cost dispursements
-Assist with filing annual unclaimed property reports
-Assist with attorney bar renewals
-Prepare and post journal entries
-Prepare due diligence letters for unclaimed property
-Mile monthly Use Tax reports
-Review/respond to Statements of Accounts with third party vendors
-Back up to AP team

Desired Skillset:
-Degree in Accounting
-3 years of experience in Accounting

*The target salary range is $55-65k but is flexible/dependent on years of experience*
