Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SPECIFIC DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.AV Service: Document incidents, respond to requests promptly, Set up AV equipment, provide support, Cultivate relationships with IT/AV vendors
2.Assist Maintenance Team & Room Checks: a. Perform maintenance, troubleshoot systems b. Conduct regular room checks, report issues c. Assist with technical support
3.Video/Audio Conferencing: a. Host events, assist in scheduling b. Coordinate local and remote meetings
PERIODIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate installations and repairs • Assist with testing and software updates • Maintain conference room information
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 2 – 3 years of AV and meeting room experience • Excellent communication skills • Proactive in seeking development and open to feedback • Highly motivated team player adaptable to change
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook • Experience with ticketing systems • Expertise in video conferencing platforms • Understanding of AV best practices.
