Job Description


What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to create tailored AI agents and applications addressing complex business needs.
  • Lead and contribute to greenfield AI projects, from conceptualization through to production deployment, shaping our broader AI strategy.
  • Prototype using emerging AI tools and models, integrating solutions across platforms with a focus on usability, scalability, and impact.
  • Develop best practices, frameworks, and reusable components to accelerate AI adoption and improve productivity.
  • Build foundational AI components such as agent frameworks, reusable skills, and retrieval systems that underpin innovative applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain shared AI infrastructure and agentic systems to enhance data integration and software development efficiency.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in software development, especially in building and scaling AI solutions at product, system, or organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including agent-based systems, natural language processing, machine learning, and model deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with creative thinking in AI applications.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and model capabilities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI infrastructure and scalable system architecture.
  • Knowledge of data integration techniques and retrieval systems.
  • Prior involvement in defining AI strategies and best practices at an organizational level.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Prior professional experience working on AI-driven projects, with a demonstrated record of deploying impactful AI solutions.
  • Open to candidates across various experience levels who excel in collaborative, innovative settings.
