Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and maintain AI-augmented applications leveraging Microsoft’s cloud and AI tools (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning).

Apply natural language processing, image recognition, and forecasting models using Azure’s AI capabilities to solve real-world business challenges.

Embed intelligent features into workflows and systems to streamline tasks and boost productivity.
-
Optimize applications for cloud performance, resilience, and scalability within platforms such as Azure Foundry.

Collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to prototype and validate emerging AI solutions.

Utilize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to deploy task automation and conversational experiences.

Develop intelligent business apps using the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents).

Engage across the full software development cycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Build Microsoft 365 custom solutions and integrations using modern technologies (C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, Graph API).

Ensure applications align with best practices for security, compliance, and cloud-native architecture.

Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous testing.

Monitor and optimize deployed systems to maintain high performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime and user disruption.

Keep current with evolving Microsoft and AI technologies and assess how to best apply them within the organization.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay sharp in leadership and technical knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to gather feedback and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and peer communication.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
-
Minimum of 2 years developing solutions with a focus on AI, automation, or cloud services.

Practical experience with Microsoft’s AI platforms, including:

Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI integration, and ML pipelines
-
Copilot Studio for designing custom AI copilots
-
Power Platform suite for building low-code, intelligent apps
-
Microsoft Graph API for M365 integrations
-

Hands-on development with languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell.

Solid understanding of machine learning, conversational AI, and intelligent process automation.

Familiarity with building Microsoft 365 extensions and apps (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Office add-ins).

Working knowledge of DevOps workflows, version control, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Strong team orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service ethic.

Proven ability to produce well-written technical documentation and clear reports.
