Seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and support of scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions within a dynamic and growing technology environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver robust applications that meet organizational needs across all platforms and devices.

Role Overview

An advanced full stack development position responsible for architecting and maintaining comprehensive software applications, including front-end UI/UX, back-end logic, database systems, and integrations. The role impacts strategic digital initiatives and operational efficiencies across a broad enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, assess, and refine requirements for new application development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications utilizing full stack technologies.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor, applying UI/UX best practices and ensuring cross-device compatibility.
  • Build and support back-end functionalities, including server-side logic, RESTful APIs, web services, and database integrations with SQL Server and data pipelines.
  • Support and optimize SQL database development, performance tuning, security hardening, and data management processes using T-SQL, window functions, CTEs, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Develop and support data warehousing solutions, including dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions, and ETL processes utilizing frameworks like DBT and Dagster.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using cloud platforms (Azure), version control (Git, GitHub, TFS, SVN), and DevOps practices.
  • Develop, support, and integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance automation, analytics, and user workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and validate application and data issues, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide backup support for others’ applications for continuity.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, development trends, and best practices to continuously improve software quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular application performance and security reviews to ensure optimal operation and risk mitigation.

Core Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience with full stack architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern web frameworks such as Blazor, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with front-end development, responsive design, and user experience best practices, utilizing component libraries like Material UI and Bootstrap.
  • Proven expertise in SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, and performance diagnostics.
  • Practical experience with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data pipelines, ETL, and frameworks such as DBT and Dagster.
  • Proficiency in cloud environment management, particularly Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD automation.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development, web services, source control (Git, GitHub, TFS, SVN), and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, and integration of machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with additional scripting and programming languages including Python, Node.js, PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, and others is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to learning emerging technologies and methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with data orchestration frameworks such as Dagster and transformation tools like DBT.
  • Background in professional services organizations or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, ColdFusion, PHP, Perl, or VBA.
