Office Services Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for expendable supply operation: order, receive, stock, and distribute office and kitchen supplies
• Management of office equipment: user training, maintenance, troubleshooting, sourcing replacements, invoice verification/auditing
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail
• Catering point person: Staff Appreciation Luncheon, Partner Retreat Dinner and Holiday Party
• Facilities point person: upkeep of premises, contact/coordinator building management and cleaning contractor
• Assist Office Administrator: with special projects, accounts payable and check origination as needed
• Check processing: cash application (Javelan) and preparing deposits
• Reception coverage as necessary
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, iManage, Javelan (preferred, but will train)
• Organization and attention to detail is critical
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to manage time, prioritize and multitask effectively
