Job Description

Our client, a multinational law firm, is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team in San Francisco! 

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop, implement, and oversee top-tier employee benefits aligned with Firm and HR strategy
  • Manage health and welfare plans, vendor agreements, and communication tools for client service improvement
  • Collaborate on partner benefits and oversee open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Excel in promoting client service excellence
  • Manage international benefit programs
  • Educate staff on benefits
  • Maintain confidentiality and stay updated on regulations
  • Potentially assist with total reward programs
  • Aim to ensure efficient, compliant, and supportive benefits for employees
Ideal Candidate: 
  • 8+ years of benefits administration and leadership experience as part of a Human Resources department preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred; however, a strong mix of education and experience will be eligible.
  • History of increasing responsibility in employee benefits, with emphasis in process improvement and compliance reporting.
  • 3+ years of managing a benefits team preferred.
  • CEBS designation a plus.
