Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support to ensure smooth and reliable end-user computing experiences.

  • Resolve IT tickets in line with established service level expectations.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and office technology inventory as directed by the IT team.

  • Assist with office setups, relocations, and technology upgrades.

  • Proactively identify and report process or system issues, contributing to improvements in workflows and procedures.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.

  • Travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Expected to work in-office at least three days per week, with potential for additional days based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency with business applications, including Microsoft Office and document management systems like NetDocuments.

  • Solid understanding of office networking fundamentals, with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

  • Experience supporting network printers, multi-function devices, and copiers.

  • Knowledge of mobile devices, especially iOS, and familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support and basic training.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
