Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and remote technical support to ensure smooth and reliable end-user computing experiences.

Resolve IT tickets in line with established service level expectations.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets and office technology inventory as directed by the IT team.

Assist with office setups, relocations, and technology upgrades.

Proactively identify and report process or system issues, contributing to improvements in workflows and procedures.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.

Travel up to 30% of the time.

Expected to work in-office at least three days per week, with potential for additional days based on business needs.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.

Strong proficiency with business applications, including Microsoft Office and document management systems like NetDocuments.

Solid understanding of office networking fundamentals, with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

Experience supporting network printers, multi-function devices, and copiers.

Knowledge of mobile devices, especially iOS, and familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support and basic training.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
