Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.

  • Assist with IT asset inventory management and procurement of necessary equipment.

  • Conduct regular system updates, patches, and security checks.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Document IT support processes, solutions, and frequently asked questions.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall IT support efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise software.

  • Basic networking knowledge, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
