Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
-
Assist with IT asset inventory management and procurement of necessary equipment.

Conduct regular system updates, patches, and security checks.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Document IT support processes, solutions, and frequently asked questions.

Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall IT support efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise software.

Basic networking knowledge, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based applications.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
