Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT product development, software development, or technical project management
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product management principles
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and version control tools like Git
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
- Certifications in Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft technologies
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline complemented by relevant hands-on experience
- Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and supporting product lifecycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and priorities
