Our best client in the Non-Profit Sector is looking for a IT Product Development Specialist.

The IT Product Development Specialist at The Phoenix Group Advisors is a vital role that drives the development and delivery of cutting-edge IT products aligned with our business goals. Collaborating across teams, including software engineering, UX/UI design, QA, and business stakeholders, you’ll help shape products that enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and support our mission to serve diverse communities. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for managing the full product lifecycle in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT product development, software development, or technical project management
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product management principles
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and version control tools like Git
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), AWS, or Azure
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
  • Certifications in Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft technologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline complemented by relevant hands-on experience
  • Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and supporting product lifecycles

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and priorities
