Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a Head of Corporate Applications - SVP to join their team! 

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate applications and systems strategy to drive growth and competitiveness in the FinTech sector.
  • Manage design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems including HR, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, CRM, and Risk Management tools.
  • Collaborate with Head of Corporate Infrastructure for seamless operation of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure applications comply with financial regulations, conduct audits, and implement risk management measures.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and partners, aligning with company needs and regulatory standards.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and utilize analytics for decision-making and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance products and processes.
  • Manage components of Technology budget for effective resource allocation.
  • Lead IT and project management team, providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within Technology department supporting 1200 global employees.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of supervisory and technical experience, managing enterprise level SaaS solutions and end-user computing environments
  • 5+ years managing a fully cloud-based, corporate applications and computing environment
  • Able to drive results, lead multi-disciplinary teams, influence others, and foster collaboration
  • Able to travel to throughout the U.S. and to international offices as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior business users and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Results-oriented and business-savvy professional with a strong end-user technology background
  • Strong process orientation, project management experience, problem solving ability, and strategic mindset
  • Analytical, detail- and service-oriented
  • General familiarity with information security best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Ceridian, Fusion, Palo Alto, Prisma, AWS, Azure, Okta, Coupa is a plus
  • Experience leading and managing a dynamic team
