Job Description

Job Requirements: Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree required; Marketing or Graphic Design degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing or business development in a B2B professional services setting, ideally within a law firm.
Additional Skills/Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating infographics to showcase service features and benefits.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience with digital advertising, social media campaigns, and metrics analysis.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills for content and context.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and reliable with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and work well under pressure.
  • Capable of taking responsibility for assigned tasks and delegating workload when necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact positively with people at all business levels.
  • Collaborative team player able to work well with attorneys and business services staff across the firm.
Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design Leadership: Acts as graphic design lead, ensuring all materials adhere to brand standards. This includes social media graphics, event invitations, digital and printed collateral, firm website content, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital holiday messages.
  • Infographic Solutions: Delivers creative and sophisticated infographic solutions, effectively communicating their brand through both words and design. Ensures an efficient workflow from concept to production.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyzes website, email, and social media metrics to optimize activities and recommends improvements to enhance results.
  • Campaign Creation: Utilizes Concep to develop communication campaigns.
  • Multimedia Integration: Integrates animation and video into the graphics strategy.
  • Photography Coordination: Collaborates with photographers for headshots and artistic shoots, using these images on the website and in collateral materials.
