Salary Range: $200,000.00 To 230,000.00 Annually
Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Strategy Director is tasked with envisioning, leading, implementing, and maintaining the organization's overall information technology infrastructure, business continuity plan, and disaster recovery plan, in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure Director and other senior leaders. This role encompasses driving IT governance, financial management, human resources, service and architecture planning, infrastructure and operations, security and risk management, project portfolio management, and providing the necessary infrastructure to support our applications, data, and business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute IT strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to optimize value and ROI.
- Recruit, manage, and develop IT Infrastructure staff, vendors, and consultants to build a high-performing technology organization.
- Design enterprise IT systems and infrastructure for scalability, resilience, and security.
- Oversee the IT infrastructure project portfolio ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.
- Lead IT security and risk management programs to safeguard systems, data, and operations.
- Provide counsel to Company leaders on emerging technologies and their impact on initiatives.
- Support applications, data analytics, and business intelligence systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of IT and industry trends, risk landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
- On-call availability 24/7 and occasional travel for visits to remote sites and/or designated disaster recovery locations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience with a track record in developing and implementing IT strategy.
- Expertise in IT governance, security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Strong experience in technology project management, vendor management, and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business value.
- Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating technology teams.
- Familiarity with Cloud-Service SLAs, vendor management, reporting applications, monitoring tools, network security, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Proficiency in data center, network design, and application services and technologies.
- Ability to prioritize projects, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
