Job Description
Join our client's team as a Compensation Analyst during this exciting time! Under the guidance of the Senior Compensation Manager, you will:
- Play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent by contributing to the design, communication, and efficient management of our global total rewards programs for attorneys and staff.
- Ensure our compensation programs align with business objectives, remain market competitive, cost-effective, and enhance organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a data-driven approach to support the ongoing development, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs and structures.
- Maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
- Regularly research, monitor, and analyze pay practices across relevant geographies to keep our programs market competitive.
- Complete selected surveys and gather benchmarking data sources.
- Actively participate in compensation processes such as:
- Annual merit and bonus reviews
- Budgeting
- Salary and bonus data uploads to Workday
- Auditing
- Assist with job evaluations and job leveling.
- Contribute to developing compensation communication materials and training.
- Perform operational tasks, including:
- Compiling and presenting market and equity data to inform compensation decisions
- Drafting employment documentation of compensation changes and uploading them to HRIS employment files.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration, with increasing levels of responsibility (more experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of compensation and employment laws; familiarity with EU and Asia regulations is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for the profession with outstanding analytical skills, sound judgment, and strong project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with advanced Excel skills; experience with additional data modeling programs such as Power Query and Power Pivot is a plus.
- Experience in a professional services or law firm environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Workday is preferred.
