Job Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated application and desktop issues within the Apps group, ensuring swift and effective problem resolution.
- Collaborate on security vulnerability remediations to maintain system integrity and protect data security.
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of XenApp remote desktop images, ensuring seamless remote access.
- Support the patching process for third-party applications to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work closely with Tier-2 Help Desk Analysts to diagnose and resolve complex issues, while actively mentoring and developing their technical skills. This collaboration fosters a culture of continuous learning, empowering the team to provide superior support and enhance their technical capabilities to better serve the organization.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Proficient in Office 365, Windows 10/11, and managing printer setups and drivers.
- Experienced with a range of Legal and Business applications, including iManage Desksite/Work 10, Litera products, Adobe Acrobat DC, Zoom, MS Teams, and more.
- Knowledgeable in Server OS 2019/2016, Citrix Workspace App, Citrix XenApp, Remote Desktop environments, and Zoom VDI plug-ins.
- Skilled in command line and PowerShell scripting, with familiarity in light application packaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Expertise in desktop hardware, particularly Lenovo and Dell, and deep understanding of the Windows registry, file system, and user profiles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to change.
